 DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PUB, AND MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES

* A Non Refundable deposit is now required at the time of ALL bookings.

- the amount required will be the full total of the 1st nights stay & will secure the booking.

This can be made by cheque or debit/credit card.

* Full payment of the balance is required on arrival when you register please.

 PLEASE NOTE - If you are going to arrive after 6pm please phone & let us know as it will not be a problem for us to hold the pitch for you. If you do not inform us we may re-let the pitch should other guests require it. Unfortunately this is now necessary due to several 'NO SHOWS' recently who haven't had the decency to let us know.

 RALLIES

RALLY ORGANISORS - We do try to accommodate all types of rallies wherever possible, but in the past, rallies have let us down at the last minute or not turning up with the amount they booked for, please remember:-

It is your responsibility to ensure your guests turn up.

Payment for all rallies is required either in advance, or on your first day 

This can be by Cash / Cheque or Credit/Debit Card.

We apologise for any inconvenience the new amendments may cause for future bookings & rallies, but we have recently taken bookings on trust & have been badly let down.
